Marble Heart Bead
This larger bead (1.7cm across at widest point, 8mm in depth front to back) has a lovely marbled effect (we think it's as if you have stirred gold dust into golden syrup!). For a very simple wedding invitation idea, pass a 12cm length of wire through the hole in the bead (12 o'clock and 6 o'clock) positioning the bead centrally, using craft tweezers twist the wire into spiral shapes making sure the ends are bent back on themselves. Tie a 3mm cream or brown ribbon vertically round your card blank and tie with a little knot. Using the wire, wrap the heart onto the ribbon with a flourish! Very stylish, very simple.
