Once you've decided on your style of place card you need to consider how it will be displayed. Of course, the traditional, 'tent-fold' style of creased placecard is free-standing so can be placed wherever you wish, and some shaped place cards are designed specifically to go on wine glasses but there are a lot of other ways to display a place card. By using pegs you can peg flat board place cards onto mini menus, the top of glasses or onto decorative bakers twine or ribbon, even the stems of roses or pretty foliage like lavender or bay. Free-standing clip stands are very elegant, or mix and match with little pegged place cards for the guest's tables and pretty clip stands for the top table!
