Delivery Information
In response to customer feedback there is no longer a minimum order of £10. For small orders you will be charged £3.99 inc VAT for postage. Please note that our postage charge includes postage, packaging and labour
UK Delivery will usually be by Royal Mail first class post, but some heavier parcels may travel by courier or Parcel Force and may require a signature
Please allow up to 7 days for delivery - although we aim to ship most orders within 72 hours. If we expect your order to take more than 7 days for any reason, we will always let you know.
If any of our craft products are out of stock but due to arrive from our suppliers in the next few days, we may hold on to your order until these arrive. We will let you know about any significant delay and you can tell us if you wish to cancel that part of the order.
If an order is dispatched in more than one part you will only be charged for delivery once.
Should you require your items urgently we offer an overnight delivery providing the product is in stock. At certain times you can choose this option at the checkout - if this is not available to you when you checkout then please contact us and we will do our very best to help.
