• We do not have a minimum order value.
For UK mainland delivery our delivery charges are as follows:
• For small orders up to £10 in value postage is £2.25 inc VAT
• For orders over £10 and below £25 in value postage is £3.99 inc VAT
• For orders over £25 and below £60 postage is £4.99 inc VAT
• For orders over £60 in value postage is £6.99 inc VAT
* Please note greeting cards are only available with free delivery within the UK, international orders will require a further payment
Express Orders
Should you require your items urgently we offer an express delivery option providing the product is in stock. Express orders placed before noon on a working day, Monday through to Friday, (stock permitting) are dispatched the same day for an additional charge for a 1-2 day delivery. PLEASE DO CHECK THAT YOUR PAYMENT HAS COMPLETED AS WE ARE UNABLE TO SEND EXPRESS ORDERS WHERE PAYMENT IS UNCONFIRMED
International Orders
Our postage charges are set for UK and Europe only and we do not support international orders. International delivery for our trade customers must be placed online and have a minimum order value of £250. All international orders are sent via our chosen Courier/Service with tracked delivery. Please do remember that you will be liable for any customs charges levied on or after delivery.

* Delivery to certain areas eg Scottish Highlands and Islands may cost more or less than the delivery charge shown. We will contact you before dispatch - you may be asked for a supplement or given a partial refund if shipping is less.
• At this time we regret that cannot deliver to BFPO, HM Forces addresses
• Local customers can choose to 'Collect' their order (placed online) from our warehouse, saving delivery charges. Collection can only be made between (9.30am and 4.30pm) Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not have a retail outlet and we will contact the customer when the order is ready for collection.
• Please note that our postage charge includes postage, packaging and labour and that some of our products are offered with free postage.
• The Handcrafted Card Company Ltd uses Royal Mail First Class post, Special Delivery, Parcelforce 24 hour and 48 hour deliveries predominantly and is not responsible for any delay, non-delivery or loss or damage to goods once they have left our possession.
• The customer will receive an email notifying them that their order has been dispatched and (where applicable) tracking details. Items will not be considered lost by the Royal Mail until 16 days after posting via First Class post, longer for standard parcel delivery. (Please see www.royalmail.com or visit your local post office for details) If the item has not arrived after 16 days from dispatch, please advise The Handcrafted Card Company Ltd in writing so that a claim can be filed with Royal Mail. We regret that replacement items cannot be dispatched until this time period has elapsed.
• The Handcrafted Card Company Ltd takes all reasonable precautions to make sure orders are addressed accurately and clearly before dispatch but if the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, incorrect postcode etc, The Handcrafted Card Company Ltd cannot be held responsible if the goods go astray and any claims will not be entertained. Similarly if the customer requests the Royal Mail or Carrier to leave goods in a nominated place for example a door step, in a shed or anywhere else apart from through a letter-box, it is entirely at the customers risk.
• Some orders may require a signature on delivery. Should orders be returned to The Handcrafted Card Company Ltd due to a failed delivery for any reason (eg customer away on holiday, not collecting from a depot or Post Office in time) then a further postage fee will be required before the order can be dispatched again. Failing this a full refund will be given for the cost of the goods less the cost of the original postage.
• Our delivery aim is to dispatch as quickly as possible usually within 3 working days. All orders are processed in the order in which they are placed and there are no exceptions unless the customer has previously arranged or selected, when available, an express service option.
• Please note for orders placed during or near to a bank holiday and the Christmas period then the delivery of the order may be delayed accordingly.
• Please be aware that certain areas eg The Scottish Highlands and Islands may encounter longer delivery times and this is beyond our control.
• If an order is dispatched in more than one part you will only be charged for delivery once
