Returns and Refunds Policy |
RefundsIf you are not satisfied with the goods received, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Goods must be returned as new and unused, within 30 days, for refund, less the cost of delivery.
Where goods are supplied in sealed packs or containers, the packs or containers must
be unopened. The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or they arrive damaged please contact us in writing in the first instance and we will arrange for replacement or refund.
You may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 working days following the day of receipt for a full refund of all charges other than postage. Goods must be returned as new and unused. We strongly advise you obtain proof of postage for returns, as we are not responsible for goods lost in transit. Please notify us in writing (not a phone call) by letter, email or fax. Refunds will be processed within 30 days. |

Price and VATAll purchases are charged in UK Pounds Sterling. All prices do not include VAT, which will be charged at 17.5% at the checkout.
Credit Card Security
The ordering system allows you to make several other choices of payment method. If for any reason you do not wish to purchase a product via our third party secure e-commerce facility you are welcome to purchase by mail order or to send your card details separately (by fax or post). Choose the option you prefer when you go to Check Out. |

Back OrdersWe do not operate a back order system, if your items are not in stock or expected to arrive from our suppliers imminently then we will issue a refund.
